Breadsticks
These are delicious! They're also pretty quick. This recipe also comes from my mother-in-law, Mary.
1 1/2 cups hot water
1 tablespoon yeast
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons honey
3 cups flour (1/2 cup at a time)
1/2 cube butter (melted in oven on cookie sheet)
Salad Supreme
Mix yeast in water. Add salt, honey, and flour-1/2 cup at a time. If dough is too sticky add a little bit more flour. Roll dough on floured surface. Cut into strips and twist. Coat strips in the melted butter on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with Salad Supreme. Let raise 20 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
